ThessDiktio is open to organizations who wish to integrate
in our team as well as volunteers who wish to offer
volunteering work and participate in our activities. In order
to become a member of the network you have to contact us.

The process is very simple, you have to sent the statute or rules of procedure with the completed form “ Form
of new member” at thess.diktio@gmail.com. After that you
have to present your organization in the next monthly meeting of the network and if there is not any disapproval of the other members, you are now a member.

Advantages of members of the Network

  • Right to participate and to speak in the meetings of ThessDiktio, as well as the right to be elected in the Coordination Committee.
  • Acquaintance with the city’s organizations and civil groups, exchange of views, good and bad practices.
  • Support events of the members, as well as the planning of new events together.
  • Information services for changes in the legal framework and processes about the citizens society.
  • Information services for capabilities, funding opportunities and support of the activities of the organizations.
  • Support during the recruitment of new volunteers of the organizations and reinforcement of the promotion of the activities and events through social media and channels of communication of the network.
  • Possibility of communicating the events and activities by the website of ThessDiktio in the form of announcements and notifications to the registered users.

Responsibilities of the members towards the Network

  • Attendance to the monthly meetings. After the third unexcused absence there will be the automated deletion of the absent member.
  • Financial contribution to Thessdiktio through the payment of the yearly subscription. The subscription is determined by the General Assembly of the members the first month of every year and does not exceed the fee of 30 euros. In the case of three (3) years of inexcusable nonpayment of the fee there will be the deletion of the member.
  • Compliance of the principles and values of ThessDiktio.
